Cage fighter

I don't normally like to talk about work stuff outside of work. Sometimes, things come up that are simply too good to pass up. My job largely is on the phone. Usually it's bike shops. Sometimes consumers. Sometimes...others. Today I had a call that fell into the others category. It lasted 25 minutes. To help protect the...innocent, I won't say what the majority of the phone call was about. I will however give you a list of all the random things that were mentioned that seemed to have little do with the main topic of the phone call. Despite the fact that I enjoy poetry and dabble in it a bit, I don't remember many poems. There is one though...that sticks with me. Maybe its because of the who, the when and the where it was shared. Maybe its because I'm a sap. Maybe it's just a good poem. There are Men Too Gentle to Live Among Wolves James Kavanaugh There are men too gentle to live among wolves Who prey upon them with IBM eyes And sell their hearts and guts for martinis at noon.
